CLI Graceful Wrap-Up & Context Persistence

Aether Code CLI now handles credit depletion gracefully instead of hard-stopping mid-task. When your mX balance hits zero during an active prompt, the agent automatically enters "Wrapping Up" mode — summarizing only the immediate next step you need to take before displaying the overage popup. Session context is preserved so you can resume reliably after adding credits.

• Ctrl+C Context Capture: Pressing Ctrl+C during an active AI response now preserves up to 32,000 characters of accumulated conversation context with boundary enforcement. Aether reads this captured state on your next prompt, so nothing is lost.
• No more sys.exit on 402: Both interactive chat and autonomous agent mode now use the wrap-up flow instead of terminating the process.
• Overage popup redesign: Clear, structured panel showing reason, unpaid balance, and actionable steps to resume.
