When you use Microbix products, we collect account details you provide (name, email), conversation content you send to Aether OS, the CLI, or the API, and basic usage metadata like request timestamps and mX credit consumption.
We may also collect technical data automatically when you interact with our services, such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system information.
We use your information for the following purposes:
Conversation data is retained for as long as your account is active, or until you delete a workspace. You can request full account and data deletion at any time from your account settings.
We may retain certain data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
All conversations, keys, and stored memory are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel under least-privilege controls.
