When you use Microbix products, we collect account details you provide (name, email), conversation content you send to Aether OS, the CLI, or the API, and basic usage metadata like request timestamps and mX credit consumption.
Conversation data is retained for as long as your account is active, or until you delete a workspace. You can request full account and data deletion at any time from account settings.
All conversations, keys, and stored memory are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel under least-privilege controls.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by contacting us directly.
