Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating a Microbix account and are responsible for keeping your API keys and login credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

• No prompt injection, credential harvesting, or attempts to override safety directives
• No use of the API or Aether OS to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• No reverse-engineering or reselling access to the Neural Gateway without written permission

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. mX credit usage beyond your plan allotment is billed at the standard overage rate shown in your dashboard.

4. Liability

Microbix products are provided "as is." Microbix Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from account settings; no partial-period refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.
